Government Structure

PreviousGender RolesNextLaw and Order

Last updated 2 years ago

No formal government structures exist in Cooltopia outside of Diamond City. All of the decisions are generally made by the local elders who have gathered wisdom over the years to guide them with difficult decisions.

Some denizens of Cooltopia even talk to the elders before they look to complete a task, paying respect to their wisdom and way of thinking.

ORDERS

Along with elders there are also Orders that have formed for different purposes within Cooltopia. These Orders make decisions on things and topics related to their Order. In rare circumstances they may call the elders to help settle any final decisions that couldn’t be resolved.

  • Order of Farmers (Croppers)

  • Order of Builders (Architects)

  • Order of Fishing (Rodders)

  • Order of Herbalists (Leafles)

  • Order of Heroes (Adventurers Guild)

  • Order of Blacksmiths (Smithians)

  • Order of Tailors (Weavers)

  • Order of Alchemists (Potioneers)

  • Order of Innovation (Tinkerers)

THE KING, QUEEN AND COUNCIL OF DIAMOND CITY

The King, Queen and Council of Diamond City have all proven themselves in various ways. For example, they may have proven themselves as a veteran hero of Cooltopia, or as a well-respected innovator in the Order of Farmers and so on. These Council members make important decisions on the future of Cooltopia and also within a small inhabited area of The Wandering Territory.

The decisions made by this group can take many weeks and are always final, as they do not arrive at them lightly.
